智睿公安公众信息网站系统具有强大的系统功能,拥有投票调查，视频展示、文章/新闻、公文资源、公安要闻、消防安全、交管交通、警营文化、问答/留言、友情链接、广告系统、自定义模型、自动值班系统,，公文签收系统,支持手机移动端H5等众多丰富的功能模型。
个人站长完全免费，用户可在官网下载，免费使用，免费升级，而不需要支付任何费用，用于请勿建站它用，请仔细查看用户许可协议，企事业单位、政务机关必须使用商业版。

管理登陆说明：
/admin/admin_login.asp 帐号：admin 管理密码：123456 认证码:zhirui
配置文件/include/config.asp
数据文件/include/conn.asp
首页新闻调用： 25指分类的ID号
首页扩展调用： 4指扩展的ID号
首页FLASH横幅：Images/bcastr.xml 修改即可
FLV播放加载FLV控件：
打开Internet Information Services Manager(IIS)，
选择“本地计算机”–>用户站点–>打开“属性”–>“HTTP头”–>“MIME类型”- ->“新建”。
扩展名=“.flv”MIME类型=“flv-application/octet-stream”，保存退出即可。
授权 Internet 匿名用户写权限：
1,XP NTFS格式 右击文件夹属性没有安全选项,工具–文件夹选项–查看–取消“使用简单文件共享”
2,选择你的下载的系统解压的文件夹,右健-属性,将只读权限去除,如文件夹名称为:zhirui
3,授权 Internet 匿名用户写权限,如文件夹名称为:zhirui
zhirui 的文件目录=>属性=>安全=>添加=>高级=>立即查找，选中在 IIS 中“启用匿名用户”;
赋予其修改文件夹及文件的权限，并将文件夹“只读”属性去掉！（默认 Internet 匿名用户叫：IUSR_???，“???”可能为本机登陆的用户名）
